How do we work?

We’d be delighted to carry out a free appraisal of your land and buildings and answer any questions you may have. We will give you our honest and professional opinion as to the potential value of your site;


If you’re interested in taking things a stage further, we will then enter into a mutually agreed  ‘Conditional purchase agreement ‘ whereby our planning experts will  then consult with architects, planning consultants, local councillors and the various agencies to decide on the most appropriate scheme for your site; prior to submitting a planning application.


Upon approval of planning consent, we will agree to pay in full the sum agreed in our purchase agreement. We aim to complete the sale within 28 days of planning approval being granted.


Furthermore we guarantee that you will not be liable for any fees or charges of any kind for our services - whatever the outcome.
